Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a brand new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward mails from one e-mail box account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mails on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Simply choose the email box you wish to redirect mail messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
